RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not the perfect fit? No worries. We offer 30-day returns, exchanges, and refunds on all eligible orders.
At INTENT, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If your purchase is not quite right, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the date your order is delivered.
You may request:
- A full refund
- A size exchange
- An exchange for another available product
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union are protected by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
INTENT extends this period and offers a total of 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, makeup, or pet hair
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How To Return An Item
Returning your order is simple:
Step 1
Complete the Return & Exchange Form included with your order.
Step 2
Contact us via:

Step 3
Our Customer Experience Team will send you a GLS Return QR Code.
Step 4
Visit your nearest GLS Parcel Shop and simply show the QR code on your phone.
The parcel shop will print and attach the return label for you.
Step 5
Hand over your package and your return shipment will be on its way back to INTENT.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We are happy to offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
Once your return has been received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped as quickly as possible.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items may not be returned once opened, worn, or used:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Gift Cards
unless otherwise required by applicable consumer legislation.
